1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Before shipment confirmation
  • Within 12 hours of placing the order

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • Already shipped
  • Customized or special orders

3. Refund on Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5–10 business days
  • COD orders will simply be cancelled without charges
